Julie Snider
Real Estate Law Clerk

Julie is a life-long resident of west-end Ottawa who has made Kanata home since 1990. Julie is a graduate of Algonquin College’s Legal Assistant programme. Prior to joining Rick & Associates in 2008, Julie spent 20 years in the real estate field primarily in the conveyancing area where she devoted the early stages of her career combing through documents at Land Registry offices throughout the Ottawa Valley. For many years, Julie was also the right-hand person for esteemed Ottawa solicitor J. Peter McNaughton before Peter retired from the practice of law.

Julie is the proud mother of three daughters who keep her “energized” and on the go! When her children were younger, she spent many hours as a parent volunteer at her children’s school and also enjoyed lending a hand at various Girl Guide functions.

A confirmed arm chair traveler who aspires to see faraway locales and cultures, Julie spends her free time away from the office at the dance studio, bike riding and enjoying a good book.
